Beginner & Intermediate 7-Day Course

The Phool Chatti Yoga and Meditation Retreat is for those interested in studying the rich spiritual traditions of India and who wish to have a direct experience of ashram life. The program is designed to be a broad introduction to the yogic path. We also very fortunate to be situated in beautiful surroundings along the banks of the Ganges River in the foothills of the Himalayas.

Our program introduces students to a full yoga practice as it was originally intended. Students will gain experience in: yoga asanas (postures) meditation, breathing (pranayama), cleansing, chanting, yoga principles, mauna (silence), pooja (worship), kirtan (sacred singing), and other important aspects of the yogic path. The program offers practical tools for spiritual growth, mental health, and general well-being.

We take great care to ensure that our students have a positive and uplifting experience throughout their stay at Phool Chatti Ashram. We are especially pleased that so many of our students return year after year – often referring their friends and family. We understand the special needs of western students, and we are dedicated to maintaining the excellent reputation we’ve established in more than 10 years of service.
